It seems a common question that the premium content downloads are telling people they don't have a Creator's Club subscription when they do, in fact, have one. While there's yet to be a single definitive solution, there are a few ways that have been found to work for some people. These are not guaranteed to work for everyone, but they have worked for some people, so it's worth trying before posting that you cannot download the content.
Technique 1:
1) Clear your browser's cookies. For Firefox this can be done by going to the "Tools" menu and selecting "Clear Private Data." Make sure the "Cookies" checkbox is checked and that any data you don't want cleared is unchecked. Hit ok.
2) Restart your browser to remove any existing login sessions.
3) Head back to
creators.xna.com and log in.
4) Download premium content.
For some people technique 1 works just fine. For others they still get the problem. A variation on technique 1 has been a solution for some of those people.
Technique 2:
1) Clear your browser's cookies. For Firefox this can be done by
going to the "Tools" menu and selecting "Clear Private Data." Make sure
the "Cookies" checkbox is checked and that any data you don't want
cleared is unchecked. Hit ok.
2) Restart your browser to remove any existing login sessions.
3) Instead of navigating to
creators.xna.com and logging in, head to another site that uses the LIVE ID login such as
xbox.com or
hotmail.com and log in there instead. For some unknown reason this has fixed some people's problems, myself included.
4) After logging in at one of those other sites, navigate back to
creators.xna.com.
5) Download premium content.
Feel free to post a response below
if you have another technique that has worked for you. If you need help or these techniques didn't work for you, please make a new thread in the
