Publish a game so XNA isn't needed

Does anyone know how, or if it is possible, to publish a game to a folder so that:

-I can put it on a website by a link (I already know how to do this)

-people can play the game even if they don't have any form of C# or XNA

I've tried this before, but it says you need .NET Framework 2.0 to download and play the game.

    Answer

No - all XNA games need .NEt 2.0, DirectX and the Xna runtime. See http://forums.xna.com/thread/9924.aspx
