Currently taking a gaming class that they are working on developing there using XNA

hey Pon t3h pony, how is the course at QUT? I am thinking of starting it next year as I will probbaly be moving to Brisbane.

I am also in the 3DBuzz XNA Xtreme 101 class, its frikken awesome. Buzz only charged $100 for something which should have cost near over $100 per volume!!!

What do you learn?

I am a 4th year CPSC student from University Of Calgary, all the way up in the great white north. (That's where Java's creator James Gosling graduated from). my main focus in on computer graphics, video games and what not. Right now internship at Hydrogenics is m what's keeping me busy, which interestingly enough is completely on the other side of the spectrum as far as video game stuff is concerned.

I study Game & Media Technology (master of computer science) at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, more specifically at the Centre for Geometry, Imaging and Virtual Environments. I'm doing my final thesis internship at Philips, Eindhoven (the netherlands)

I am a grad student at Case (CWRU) in Computer Science.

I study at Westwood College of Technology for a Bachelors of Science in Game Software Development.

I study at Mongomery Community College at the moment, where I am starting on my bachelors in computer science and completing an Electronic Game Design track(5 courses, the final projects use XNA).

I have some C/C++, WinAPI knowlege, now I am beginning to work on C# and XNA

I'm taking Computer Science at the University of Lethbridge (in Southern Alberta, Canada).  Mind you, I am actually in Calgary for the summer working (at a co-op job), but will be back at Lethbridge for the fall.

I'm a Information Technology student at FEU-FERN College (in Philippines) I was about to gradute this December. I'm studying XNA and 3D graphics on my own. I'm looking forward to have a career in game development but if no one will hire me then I might start my own gaming studio or concentrate on networking. I might take also a game development course somewhere but definitely not here in the Philippines.

I study in Moscow State University, Department of Computational Math and Cybernetics (I hope I wrote it right). My third year there will begin in september. Actually I wanted to enter to the computer graphics research laboratory, but they don't allow me, bastards. So now I study neural networks, distributed calculations and information search.

And I'm already working in gamedev and graphics industry, but I really want to start my own business in gamedev (little company, for the beginning). Maybe I will succeed in it, maybe not. But I really it, yeah =)

Studying in a master of computer science at the University of Lyon, France, with a major in computer graphics. I will graduate this september.
Until the last year of specialisation (in CG for me), course are rather general, a lot of mathematics and theory, and a lot of algorithmic/optimisation course in C++ mainky under Linux and OpenGL for the graphics. We use Maya for plugin devellopment. Overall it's a good formation well ranked here in France.
