    Student Creators Club Membership Problems

Hey everyone! I am a student who heard of Dreamspark.

I joined, was verified, and downloaded the XNA 2.0 from Dreamspark.

But there is a problem, the XNA creators club membership is not linked to my gamertag or windows live!

Does anyone know how this could get fixed...(dreamspark does not like to email me back)

    Thank you!

I think there's just one way for subscribing the Creators Club: via Xbox 360. You need to buy the subscription at the Xbox Live! Marketplace. The membership will be linked to the gamertag you used to enter to the Marketplace.

I aquired the membership by paying for it but, maybe, if you enter to the Marketplace with your gamertag you can "buy" it for free.

    Answer

You need to go onto your Xbox 360 and log on with your windows live account, enter the marketplace and select to purchase the membership. Then enter the key you were given into the "Redeem Code" field. That will update your gamertag and associate the membership.

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I was thinking of doing that but my brain said not to for some reason.

    Again, thank you very much!

Check your spam filters? Did you give them your real email address (some people don't!)?

Otherwise you need to contact the dreamspark people. Nobody in here has any access or affiliation with that system.

At some point during the dreamspark sign up they should have asked for an email addres... I understood that this is where they send the code you need to active your creators club trial account.
