Is there any tutorials on how to add a options menu?

    Is there any tutorials on how to add a options menu?

    I mean like a 3D option menu where you hit tab/esc and can set your bind keys. Like on most games?? i know it takes alot more graphic pictures, but it was just a thought i had... so i can set options for a game... like camera keys and weapons keys when i add weapons and a usable model to walk around.

    or even a transprent one the layers over the screen would work too...

    Have you tried the Game State Management Sample?  It has an example Options menu which you could use as something to start from.  It also shows you how to layer one screen over another.  I'm using it in my game and am planning to add a "Customize Controls" screen like you described.
