    Cool.

Will you be making a patch for the VPN issue I have, it is still present in 3.0 I see. Be nice to know if this will be fixed or even if it can be.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to reproduce the problem, so we still don't know what might be causing it.

Shame, I can create it each and every time, is there anything I can do to help??

What other information do you need that would help?

We need instructions on how to set up a machine so that we can reproduce the problem. If it only happens on your machine and it can't be reproduced anywhere else, then we can't investigate or fix it. If I remember the bug report correctly, all we had to go on was the product name and web site. Unfortunately, the web site offered several different product SKUs, and the clients appeared to support a number of configuration settings for the particular network you wanted to connect to. Without step-by-step details on how to set it up, it's impossible for us to reproduce the environment in which you see the problem. Also, we can't purchase anything to investigate the bug.

We have confirmed that it is not a general problem affecting all VPNs (ie, we've used other VPN software while connecting with Game Studio), so it seems more likely to be specific to the machine or the VPN configuration.

One way you might try to work around it is to set up a routing table entry for your Xbox 360, to tell your PC not to use the VPN when attempting to connect to the console.

    OK,

I'll try and get as much info as I can. The trouble is I did not set the VPN up, so will have to ask the guys that did how they have configured it.

Should I get enough info, should I post it here or raise another issue on the system??

    Thanks for your time.

You can either add information to the existing issue on Connect, or enter a new issue with the updated information. Reporting bugs should always go through Connect. (There is a link from the Resources->Feedback menu option.)
