That kind of licensing is for a game that wants the logo, rather than using it for a website or something.

The MVPs did ask the XNA team about a 'fan site' kit that would have logos etc but as I remember it we didn't get much response to the request. Maybe with you guys asking they can change that.

Of course the XNA branding uses a lot of the SpaceWar models which you get with the starter kit with a very open license for use so maybe think about that.
