Can I get the free 4-month premium membership, offered by the Dream-Build-Play contest, before purchasing one?

The table in http://creators.xna.com/en-us/membership shows you need a premium membership to submit a game, but submitting a game to Dream Build Play gives you a free 4-month premium membership:

 "As an added incentive to get you submitting we will now offer you a free 4 month Premium Creators Club membership! It is simple. The key words to watch for here are TRIAL and PREMIUM...

For registering for DBP you get a TRIAL for entering a game you get a PREMIUM (after Sept 1st)

Ahhhhh... this explains it.  TRIAL lets you submit the game, but that's it.  Then, doing that, gives you the PREMIUM, which lets you do everything! :)
