One Animation, 2 Meshes how do I switch them using the DXAnimation system?

I have one global Animation hierarcy, and 2 meshes that are going to use the animation.  How do i create a different mesh from this?

You're going to have to remap the animations to the mesh frames. I haven't tried with the native animation controller but looking through the docs some of the animation functions might help, like D3DXFrameRegisterNamedMatrices(). You'll need to make sure that the names in the mesh-frame hierarchy match those the animation controller uses.
