Firstly, THANK YOU! As a noob, this is extremely helpful. A question however... and I will post a more expanded question on another part of the forum as well. Should I keep the book and do my best to follow along with it while using the newer source code i downloaded (it would help if the website was up and running)? Or do you think I will spend more time confused about the changes and less time actually learning. Since I am new, I want to be guided through the process of learning, and not riddled with conversion issues and tackling them? :

The changes between 2.0 and 3.0 weren't great as far as changing existing functionality in the Framework. There was a lot of new stuff added however that the older books won't cover. There's some 3.0 books in the works and possibly one that even already available IIRC.
