Call it "Pickles". That way you know the name is only temporary, because you would never actually release a game named "Pickles" (or would you?), and you'll change it later.
Meanwhile, you'll have moved beyond the stress of naming your game and you can work on actually building it. You know, like everyone else said.
But if I happen to see a game named "Pickles" show up on CG, that will be funny. ;)
