    testing games with a memory card unit ?

    hello, can i test my game make with xna on my xbox without a hard disk but with a memory card for xbox 360 ?

    I dont think so sorry, you need the launcher program, and I believe this requires a hard drive. Even if it did run, it would be a major limitation, as XNA games are often a large size. Youd struggle to fit more than one or two on  a memory card

    Correct. XNA Game Studio REQUIRES a hard drive to run games on the xbox.

    Somewhat related, has it been announced whether or not Xbox LIVE Community Games will require the end-users to have a hard drive? Or will it be like XBLA where they can save games to a memory unit and play them from there?

    I've seen nothing about that... in fact info on the consumer end experience is quite lacking at the moment.

    The theory is that the 150 MB limit is in part so that a downloaded game will fit on a flash card. However, we haven't heard any official word from Microsoft on this.
