I got started modding existing games. While I was in high school I made an AI mod for the original Quake and then later on I made a Quake2 mod called Dark Chaos with some friends.
I worked with Torque and a few other things while I was in college. Near the end of my last semester of school 2 separate people referred me to the same job working on the SOCOM series; I guess it was just meant to be :)

I played Crash Bandicoot 2 at the age of 5 and it was fun, and got me hooked to games. I got a strong interest in computers, and built my own computer debunking a mess of Windows Vista rumors. During middle school I got the interest in Game Design, though I never did work at that til my freshman year in high school (other than building the computer).

I currently have 3 ideas, learning C#, and Im trying to master the guide GUI (call me crazy, but the GamerServices has gotten my strongest interest in XNA).

    And heres the computer!

    OMG RON!!

    It's me Matthew :)

I haven't spoken with or seen Guy (Loucks), Ken(Jonston), Gerry(McCleary,Heard he has since past, rest his soul), Bruce(Isted), or any of the old Calgary ColorComputer Group guys. I thought we had just gone our seperate ways.

We need to exchange contact information and see if we cannot track some of these guys down if they do indeed still exist and get together over some coffee or maybe a spirit. Try to make it an anual thing or something it would be great.

My coco has been dead for a really long time and ALL my coco stuff including all my Rainbow, and byte, all my asm stuff. disks etc. lost to a sewer back up in our basement about 15 years ago.

Are you still in Calgary Ron and do you still work on RiBBS code these days?
