    Artist's required for 'Rome - Fall Of The Republic' game based on HBO's Rome.

    I'm a long time coder, new fan to the amazing series Rome. It is my goal to create a fan-game based on the wonderful world that rome is set in.

    The game will feature two lead characters, namely titus and lurinous (Please excuse the spelling, i'm english so italian names are very hard for me. except mario :) )

    I've been coding for over 15 years, and have a very nice, feature-fill 3d engine already wrote in XNA (Been working on it since beta1) it features everything from true(i.e not .x based) skinned animations, three forms of bump-mapping including Parallax Occlusion Mapping. Multi-pas rendering. Next lgen gui with vista like see through gadgets with shader fx like glass and blur, a range of shaders. Self shadowing shadow maps. the list is endless(Or i'm too lazy to go on, take your pick!)

    The game will be single player only. It will try to mimic the awesome style and pacing of the actual show. it will be set at the start of season 2. and hopefully finish at the end of the never to be season 3.

    So part will be from the show, part will be new. So part lwill be good, part will be bad. :) Hopefully though we can come up with a good continuation of the story, but i'm no bruno heller. but if you are, please apply!

    I'm working on a commercial(non-game) C++ project atm, so i can't devote anything near my full time to this project. but if i get a good team going,my interest will raise and i'll try to get at least 3 hours in a day.

    So come on, let's continue the greatest work of (non) fiction since hitchcock saw a bird and went 'hmm..'
