    Does Kodu allows game sharing?

I am lazy, so I think I will just use Kodu instead. But would I be able to share my creation to "everyone"? Meaning is there a dadicated server to host my creations? Thank you.

All you had to do was type Kodu into the search box and the 3rd item answers your question. Why are people so resistent to using the search.

Yes you can share 'games' but remember you are limited to the things built in and a simplified programming system. So don't think that a Kodu Game is going to compare to a custom written XNA based game. Not can you use Kodu to make a game you can sell to others on XBLCG.

Think of Kodu games like custom levels in Easy Golf. I don't know for sure how the sharing works but I'm assuming between friends - they are using the same XNA as the rest of us so unless they leave a pile of xboxes turned on there is no server concept.

It shares game description encoded (I know format but it is not so important now). All games are stored somewhere on MS servers, everyone can download and change games.

The games aren't stored on MS servers. There is no way to do that in XNA Game Studio

I just want to reiterate for good measure what Zman said. Games made in Kodu cannot be sold on XBLIG. You can share them with other Kodu users, but that is it. So if that's all you want out of it, then you'll be all set. I just wanted to make sure there's no confusion and you later get upset when you find out you can't sell your game as a stand-alone product.

And in addition to what Nick said, they can only be shared with others who have purchased Kodu.  No XBLIG trials have LIVE networking, so there's no way for a trial version to share except by System Link.

Sorry for confusion my  email was based on PC version, which is probably different that XNA version, and yes sharing is just in KODU itself so you can only share yours KODU games inside KODU.
