They should. Are you using the 'Upgrade Solution...' option? Which Starter Kit are you trying to use? What isn't working with them?

Sorry but you're question is a bit vague. Can you clarify a bit please :-)

I was able to install them just fine. You have to create them as 3.0 projects since that's what they are, but then you can just right click and upgrade your solution to upgrade them to 3.1.

    What problems are you having?

No I could not install the starter files but I've fixed the issue.  I must have had older starter kits even though they said 3.0 it isn't the same version as on the server new.  I download mine a few months ago before 3.1.  Looks like the installer I had did not support 3.1.  I redownloaded the files and they work fine now.  Thanks so much for the help.

I don't think there was a news item for this, but you are correct. The installers for the 3.0 starter kits were all replaced around the same time Game Studio 3.1 was released earlier this month. The installers check to make sure you have the right version of Game Studio installed and, even though Game Studio 3.1 supports both 3.0 and 3.1 projects, the earlier installers do not recognize this version and they think 3.0 is no longer available on your system. The newer installers fix this. The starter kits themselves are the same, however (with the exception of a minor fix to Net Rumble, as mentioned in the 3.1 readme).
