Kodu!!!! Its awesome, but why does it break the rules? [Solved|Misunderstanding]

Just to get it out of the way, I'm not critizing Kodu as a game or app. I love it in fact! My wife actually picked it up and started to create things with it, and she is scared of my programming stuff...

However, why is Kodu breaking the rules of Community games? I'm specifically talking about two things. First, it is over 150 megs in size. If I recall, its actually 166.
Second, the game sharing does not currently work.... How is this going to be updated? I thought it was a fail to include content that was locked, or content that was intended to be added at a later time.

I'm not opposed to either of these things at all, in fact I would love to see the size restriction raised a bit and I know the people who want to update games are pretty vocal about that.

    What do you guys think?

The 150MB limit is on the submitted ccgame which is compressed and therefore the download size on Xbox is almost always larger than the ccgame submission.

How doesn't it work? I haven't played with it yet, but it's just peer to peer sharing. I can't imagine it just doesn't work unless every peer reviewer failed to test for that.

Ok, my mistake. That is quite encouraging to me actually! Also a tiny bit confusing. I apologize for the mix-up!

This doesn't work at all. It pops up a message that says 'Sharing is not available at the moment.' I thought it 'might' unlock it after I saved my first world... but no dice.

( why all the '!' ? well, i'm just in a good mood today )

Do you have a gold account. Since the sharing uses Xbox Live you need a gold account to use it. That also means you can't use it in trial mode.

I do have a gold account, however it was my wife using it and she has silver so that could really be it.
Oh, its not a trial. As soon as I saw my wife playing with it, I bought it.
[Edit: I changed the topic to reflect that this is solved and was a misunderstanding-VengantMjolnir]

Seems like they could do with a better error message then 'not availalbe at the moment' implies that it will be soon.
