    No Commercial Use???

I have Soft Image Mod Tool 7.5, and it says its free for Non commercial Use, (probably not word for Word,) I'm not realy good with a lot of legal terms, so does that mean I can't use the characters in my Games, or I can, I just can't show them to anybody?

If you have plain old Mod Tool, it is non-commercial.

If you have the Mod Tool Pro (available to Premium XNA Creator's Club subscribers), you can use it for Xbox LIVE Indie Games.

More speciallyca you can't use anything you create in a commercial product... which means no XBLIG since they all are commercial. But since you need a CC membership to do XBLIG and that gives you the commercial license all will be well.

Give your game away on windows and you are probably all right with the free version.

As with all legal questions its best to ask a lawyer.
