How to try multyplayer game in the same pc

How can I do to try my multiplayer game in the same pc with 2 or more istance of it?

    I don't have another pc...

If I open 2 istances of visual studio, gives me this error:

That's exactly what it sounds like.  For some reason, you can only have one program using Games for Windows - LIVE at a time.  Unless you want to use System.Net, this is impossible.

Can't test it on the same PC, you can test PC to 360, or 360 to 360 or PC to PC, but you can't test networking on the same machine.

Most virtual machines don't have the required access to the graphics hardware.

vmWare has good graphic card emulation (in example: I play Lineage2 on it ;) ). You can download trial of Workstation to create virtual machine and then use free Player version to run it.

Emulation may not be enough. You can give it a try, but I haven't heard of anything that works using emulation.
