I has rewrite my image processing engine from D3D9 to D3D11.
With
D3D_FEATURE_LEVEL_9_3 it works much slower then D3D_FEATURE_LEVEL_10_0.
How slow 10level9 can be?

Is it significantly slower than when your engine was D3D9?

10level9 is much slower then D3D9 (at least 0.5x). At the same time D3D10.1 is slightly faster than D3D9.
