U.S Tax Identifier

I was looking through what I need to fill out so that when my game goes live and if I make any money, and I wanted to know what is a US Tax Identifier and do I need to fill out some thing to get that info?

If you are a U.S. citizen and are not a company, then it's your SSN (social security number). If you are a U.S. based company, then its' your company Tax ID.

And if you are neither a U.S. citizen nor company, then it's called ITIN and you can get it from the IRS (by filling out a W-7 form).
