    Network Game State Management sample not working

    Hi, I'm trying to develop a multiplayer game. I can create a session from my PC (System Link or LIVE), but a friend can't connect to my created session (of any type). We both have a Free Creators account for students.

    ¿It is necesary a gold account or it is not working for any other reason?

    Hi,

    you do need a Gold subscription to use Networking.

    To clarify, it is necessary to have a Gold subscription to create/join PlayerMatch network sessions. If you can get on the same subnet you can use SystemLink without this requirement.

    I have a similar problem.
    I have two computers A and B on a LAN, so they are on the same subnet. I create two offline profiles and use these with the GameStateManagement sample. I select systemlink. Comp A creates a session but B cannot find it!

    What's wrong here?
