Components, design view, xna 3.0 not showing up?

i dont understand whats going on here
This looks like a unique feature to play with

but when i create a windows game using xna 3.0 I am only givin a .cs file and have to create everything through code, how do I enable the component and design view?

Ah, I remember that. I think that was removed in v2 or v3.

I think it was actually removed before it even came out of beta in 1.0. Basically it was an idea that they decided was too much work to implement and not enough bang for the buck. So the video is extremely outdated and it's not a feature of the XNA framework so there's no way to enable component and design view.
