creators@microsoft.com to another complaint email, but I thought I'd mention my problems here too, as they are slightly different:
In my case, I do see purchases from both Japan and Germany in the list, however, the numbers that
are shown seem to be incorrect (not necessarily those for Japan/Germany, but most likely those for either UK or US):
At first I noticed that for Golden Tangram, I was supposed to have exactly the same amount of purchases from the UK as from the US. I was very doubtful about that (with the US having a larger customer base), but who knows? Maybe a huge coincidence? But then I noticed that for Kuchibi, it
also lists the exact same amount of purchases from the UK as from the US. Since I couldn't believe in two such coincidences, I tallied the numbers from the per-country list. And it turned out, the the sum I got there is a totally different amount than the overall sum listed for the quarter July-Sept.
The overall sum is a lot lower than the sum of the per-country/per-game values.
Unfortunately for me, this lower sum is likely the correct sum (it correlates with the value I calculated myself at the end of the quarter). So as far as I can tell, the per-country/per-game list is broken.
