Game: Along Came A Spider.
My game is nearing completion but I would like to translate fifty-seven phrases or words such as "Select", "Back", "Unock Full Game" etc into French, Italian, German and Spanish. I read some threads where people said they would rather help translate games than see badly translated games on the system so I thought I would ask for help first rather than attempt to translate it myself. If you can help please get in touch (wobbly_tooth (AT) hotmail (DOT) com). There is no credit page in the game so you would just be doing this for fun, I don't think it would take that long as the game text is quit simple, mostly standard game text such as "New Game", "Options" etc.
Thanks.
Have you checked out the .NET application "sisulizer" ? It uses Google Translate to translate from English to the target language. I use that at work to get the resources file set-up quickly, then I get the results double-checked and corrected by someone who understands English and the target language (such as your volunteers, below). Saves a lot of time & typing. It's available as a fully-functional 30 day download....
