I don't know of any XNA degree programs, but I attend Rice University, and the Game Programming course utilizes XNA (the second semester puts the language choice up to you, but the first semester is taught with XNA). Rice doesn't have a game programming major of any sort, but the CS chairman is working on a game programming minor.
It'd be a bloody stupid world if people went around getting killed without dying, wouldn't it?

    Zukarakox:

Is there any college in the US that offers a Game Dev degree in C# or XNA? Perferabbly not Devry (Not sure if they even offer it), Full Sail, or Digipen. I've looked through multiple colleges all over the country and havn't found a single one that uses C#, everyone is still stuck in C++ or Java. :(

Most of the colleges I've seen just have courses and degree programs in programming in general. I haven't seen many that are based around one language. I'm pretty sure it's just spread around by what you feel more comfortable with.

but I'm going to be programming in C#, so why not try to find a place where I don't have to switch between languages?

I think you're missing the point mate.

The language is irrelevant.  Once you know one language, you can often pick up another language in a matter of weeks.

Learning a wide range of topics will give you a better foundation, and far more options.  Once you have a foundation, then you can think about specialising (Maybe a PhD in graphics?).

    Cheers,

    Mark.
