&lt;br /&gt;
first, in DXUT, you can create Direct3D9NullRef device by one of their functions,&lt;br /&gt;
which you can save the return device for using with any of D3DX9 function such as LoadfromX() and etc.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
then, you need to copy the data from ID3DXMesh into your ID3DX10Mesh&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
finally, render your ID3DX10Mesh to your screen.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

I like to load a x-file but it seems that the function LoadMeshfromX no more exists. I looked in the docs and searched on the internet but didn&amp;#39;t find the answer.&lt;br /&gt;
