I think Nvidia 8800 or higher. This seems really not to be a hardware error since otherprogramms run fine. I guess that there are some Problems with the importer of the xna framework.or maybe with the Visual Studio Projectfiles, since the versions are slightly different (only servicepacks are different).
Re: Problems on importing and displaying models.

XNA requires at least a shader model 1.1 Graphic Card. Check if the computers which can´t display correctly suports shader model 1.1 at least.
Re: Problems on importing and displaying models.

Nope Graphic Cards are Dirfferent Drivers too. Aswell as the Visual Studio Version. But I guess that its not a driver issue since some other Projects do work correctly even though they use the same models and even the same sourcecode.
Re: Problems on importing and displaying models.

Are the graphics cards the same in every computer? XNA is quite easy and ok to use. But there is one very anoying problem. Some Models dont display on some special computers or display different(without texture or just as two planes).

I have not been able to track down the problem to something. I had two Identical Projects(source and model). One worked and the other doesn't. Projectcleanup and rebuild doesn't help. Copying the files to a new Project has no effect too.

The Version of XNA seems to have no effect either. Since on not working computer has 3.0 the other 3.1. (using 3.0 projects)

However on different computers all of these Projects do work.

The objects are drawn with the BasicEffect.

i'm totally stuck with that problem.

enaut.
