    dynamic 2D texturing

    Say I have a float pointer contaning 256x256 pixels. How can I create a 2D texture fill in the pixel values dynamically?

    The right way to create such an resource depends on who should update the resource (cpu or gpu) and how often you want to do it.

    Well I managed to get it up and running fairly easily with a dynamic texture.  Its actually simpler to update textures in DirectX10 than under former versions.
