    I was wondering if there is a dedicated chat to XNA Programming/C# floating around somewhere. I know the forums are here for help and everything, but there are some questions it would be a lot more helpful to be able to chat directly, rather than wait to post back and forth. I can't seem to find an official channel though, so I thought maybe someone know about one on a site I might have missed

    There is an IRC channel on the EFNET network called #xna where some of the people from here hang out. I haven't been there in a while though so I can't attest to how active it is. There is also another good channel on the same network called #gamedev.

    Its very active and we even help people occasionally too. You will see a lot of the MVPs and other well known community folk in there. Even the MS guys turn up once in a while.

    You'd think if it was so well used it'd be easier to find with some sort of link somewhere though. :P Ah well, I'll check it out in any case.

    Its not an official MS resource so they are not going to provide links here..

    However if you search the forums (with a proper search engine not the forum one which is right now finding little that is relevant) you can find lots of references.
