Do any really nice GUI systems exist for XNA?

I've done some searching and have found a couple of GUI systems but most of them haven't been updated in a while and really aren't feature complete and/or lack documentation.

A friend of mine is currently developing a GUI system but I'm also interested in seeing what else is out there...

    Thanks!

You should really check the FAQs before you post.

You may have already seen this but this is all I could find when I put the FAQ together http://forums.xna.com/forums/t/15274.aspx. If any one knows of any more then fell free to let me know so I can add them to the list.
