Hi, i'm having trouble running my game due to the fact that my graphics card in my laptop isn't good enough. Could anyone possibly tell me if the graphics card in this laptop is sufficient.

The GeForce Go 5100 supports pixel shader 2.0, so it should be able to run XNA games. It won't be very fast, but it should work. Whether it's sufficient to meet your needs or not, only you can decide.
Just did a quick search in NVidia and it looks like it runs what is needed..
