    I was just wondering if we can create premium themes to go alone with our XNA games (Or possibly before our games as a way to fund them)?

    Nope.

    People have asked before see http://forums.xna.com/forums/t/14747.aspx and we were unable to find out how you even get into that part of the Xbox marketplace.
