However, to make it easy I can sum up -- anyone who is

• verbally abusive, spamming, griefing, trolling,
• trying to game the review system (e.g. using multiple accounts to pass/fail games, renaming your game to avoid the 7 day rule) 
• just being a douchelord (link NSFW) will be banned.

For 1st offense/minor issues you get a temp ban
If you have a game in Playtest or Peer Review it will be removed. When the ban is lifted you may have the option to resubmit the game(s).

After that you're on probation.

Your second ban (or 1st if you really try hard) is PERMANENT.
Any games you have in playtest or review or marketplace will be pulled.
If you are a Premium Member of XNA Creators Club your membership fee will not be returned.


Note that in extreme cases its possible that we could resort to more extreme punishment up to and including banning of your Xbox LIVE accounts and/or Xbox 360 console ban.
