    DBP contest/ copyrighted stuff?

Sorry if this issue has already been discussed. I read the official rules for the contest, and I am still unclear on third-party stuff implemented in to entries. My main concern is regarding music and images that might be copyrighted. I’m not sure if it would be an issue since this is not really meant to be a commercial. However I want to make sure. Would something like that be enough to disqualify someone’s entry?

Read the rule info at the bottom of this page for your answer:

I have already read that. Are you talking about this?:

for details; Game development for the Windows XP SP2 platform does not require a XNA Creators Club subscription. The Game must: (i) be originally developed (e.g., must not violate or infringe on any applicable law or regulation or third-party rights); (ii) be written in English; (iii) conform to all licensing and use terms for the tools; (iv) not contain any third-party promotion, marketing or advertising in any form or of any kind; (v) not be obscene, indecent, violent, hateful, libelous or contain other offensive or inappropriate content, explicitly or by innuendo, as determined in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion; or (vi) not otherwise be prohibited by law. Note: Game applications for the Xbox 360 platform must conform to the XNA Creators Club service Terms of Use.

What do you mean "Rule Info"? what section is that?
Thank you for your help in advance,

    Was thinking more of the:

Please Note: By entering the Promotion, Participant warrants that Participant's right to enter his/her Game is not restricted in any way. In the event a Participant's Game includes elements not owned by Participant, then Participant may be required to provide, if requested, a legal release for use of such elements, in a form satisfactory to judges such that Sponsor may use such elements, in whole or in part, and any modification thereof, in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial, time or any other limitation.

By "Rule Info" I mean the contest rules for which the entire page is for.
