I am joining to this question. Can XNA games be sold only in XNA community games or they can be sold in XBLA ?

Well depends on what you mean. You can sell games through whatever channel you can get yourself onto. Paying $100 a year only gives you the ability to submit a game for XBox Live Community Games, but if you feel your game is good you can feel free to attempt to get a contract for XBLA as well (or through any other avenue you want such as Steam).

So yes you can sell them on both, but XNA Community Games is the only one you're entitled to submit too automatically with your membership.
