xblcg: we are the developer, who is the publisher?

In XBLCG, if we are the developer, who is the publisher? I recall it being said that Microsoft is not our publisher, so who is? Can someone explain the technicalities? Biology Battle's wiki entry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biology_Battle) has MS listed as the publisher (not saying it's correct) and it's pique my curiosity.

You are your own publisher. Microsoft simply provides the store shelves.
