Cant Update Skinning Sample

    I updated to XNA 3.1, then downloaded the skinning sample.
    Visual studio 2008 pro cant upgrade all the projects.

    It happily converts the SkinnedModelPipeline and SkinningSampleWindows projects, but cant do the SkinnedModelWindows project (it says it's unavailable, and all references to it are wrong).

    Has anyone been able to update this project? (if so, how, and can I get a copy? ;)   )

    I just had the same problem. Here ya go:

    I had to create a new SkinnedModelWindows project and import the files, then fiddle about a bit at random to get everything to compile but much to my surprise it works now.
