    Microsoft Employee Eligibility

    From the rules:

"Employees and directors, together with members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households (whether or not related), of Sponsor and its subsidiaries and equity affiliates and any person supporting the Contest, including the Administrator and its parent, subsidiaries and equity affiliates, and any advertising and promotion agencies of any of the foregoing entities are ineligible to participate or be awarded and retain any Contest prize."

I am currently serving an internship with a Microsoft team unassociated with XNA or Dreambuild play.   Does that disqualify me?

The only way you're going to get an answer is to email the DBP folks and ask them.

Yes. And I'd like to point to this random FAQ entry, esp. the Can you clarify a EULA for me? part.
We are boki. The rest is known.

The not so known part of the rest: It is Björn or Bjoern, but never Bjorn.

I figured as much, as well.  However, they aren't likely to get back to me until Monday.  There were some folks clarifying rules here on the forums, so I thought I'd try to get an answer earlier.

If all you want is an answer from somebody who isn't qualified to give you one, this is the place to ask.  If you ever want a real, binding answer, then ask the people who run it.

Actually, no it isn't. We don't want unqualified people answering questions like this. That would fall under our "legal questions" rule. This thread will now be locked to prevent a flurry of speculation.
