.xsi model is stretched when imported

    .xsi model is stretched when imported

    I've made a skinned, animated model using Modtool and published it to my Xna project.
    When I draw it in my game, the animation works fine and the texture is correct but the model is drawn completely out of proportion.
    Other models work fine.
    What could be wrong?

    Maybe you need to freeze transformations before publishing? Not sure though.

    How exactly do I do that?

    Anyway, there's been a development!
    Animation seems to be the problem.
    If I don't play the animation, the model is the correct size.
    Once I start the animation, it stretches.
    It works fine in ModTool though, what could be wrong?
