AFAIK, you cannot change a name once it's been published. The website UI no longer has the Edit button next to projects that have been published to the Marketplace. I'm guessing the Marketplace uses that name and not the one in your assembly file, so my guess is that no, you're "stuck" with the name you use when you submit to review and get published.
