    I have completed my first game and will be submitting for playtest tommorow. I have only recently sent off my application for an ITIN so this wont be arriving for a while. When I actually submit my payment details will I get paid for all downloads or just the downloads after my payment details go through.

    You will be paid for all your downloads. What happens is the money will just keep piling up and rolling over from quarter to quarter until you finally have all your payment details completed.
