Im really sorry if these topic has been beaten to death, but my search of the forums hasent been very successful (so yes, i do use the search lol)

I basically want to be able to store global (or even local - which ever is easier) high scores for my game. Can anyone gives me some good links or info on how to save high scores? Is global high scoring even possible atm?

Works good and is pretty easy to setup. I'm using it for my upcoming game Abduction Action! and it works great for this, though I have yet to fully test sharing the scores between different Xbox's. So locally it works great and in theory online it works great too :)

Just to clarrify, it's a game component that you can drop in and link up pretty easily. The example project should give you all the info you need.

I modified mine some though so that I could control when the storageContainer was setup (I wanted it when the users presses start on the title screen and I needed it available for other things like saving level progress), tracking two types of scores, and made it not a component (since I feel like I can better control when the different methods run this way).

Great its nice to find components like this that plug in easily:) I looked through the code and i think i got a good idea on how to plug. Im gonna try it out after im finished with the particle effects.
