Do i fail or not for xna logo in video?

    Do i fail or not for xna logo in video?

    Hi i have just view the trailer for weponds of choise and notice the xna logo at the very end of the video.

    Iv posted in the game forum and asked the developor but got no responce.

    I just can not remembor if i fail or not?

    You can't fail a game for content that isn't in the game.

    I wouldn't either.. logo in game == fail

    Logo in screenshots == fail

    Logo in video.. breaks the terms of the logos but doesn't affect the game. Let the developer know they shouldn't be using it.

    Ah thats where I was going wrong. I was getting the screenshots and video mixed up. Thx

    If you did want to fail I doubt you would get into trouble... technically you are supposed to review all provided content for IP violations and that includes the video. However the video does not end up on marketplace and can be happily deleted from youtube without forcing a new review. So in my version of common sense I wouldn't fail for this beacuse the XNA logo isn't going to end up in front of any consumers.

    The reality of the situation is that nobody should be using the XNA logos for anything like this...
