Well, as the title says my XNA Game Studio Connect on my Xbox 360 is no longer working.

As soon as I launch it, its Says Connecting to Xbox Live, then connecting to PC, and as soon as that happens, it quickly flashes "Pausing connection" and then exits itself.

Currently my PC isn't conected to my 360 (I had to remove it after I got my 360 back from repair as it would not connect)

Does anyone have any ideas? I've already tried deleting everything and redownloading it, and the Resst Connections and Connect to another PC buttons don't do anything.

I don't understand what you mean that your PC isn't connected to your PC. Can you explain home network a bit better, are these both connected to the same router, are either wireless, etc?

Whoops, sorry, I really should I read that before I posted. I meant my Xbox 360's XNA games studio connect isn't connected with the XNA on my PC (Seeing as I haven't put the key in; I can't get it)

It was previously working perfectly, before I sent it off for repair, though I'm not sure why that would stop it working.

Have you seen this thread? There's an issue that can affect consoles that come back from repair, explained in more detail there. If you look on the second page, there's an address where you can reach Michael Klucher (MechaDragon) for help until a full fix is available.
