    This might not be the right place to ask, but does anyone know who I would contact regarding questions about the account information requested? I printed out the page and took it to the bank but they said there needs to be additional information usually put in a "notes" section but I can't see any such section on the ...

    Very cool.  Have you made any changes since the DBP version? I noticed at least 2 other XNA games on that list: The Unfinished Swan and City Rain - Building Sustainability Anyone know if there are others?

    While you might consider this a plus rather than a minus, if there was a really high quality game that was really short or lacked a reason to up-sell it could still be a highly-rated game (if users were handing out the stars) but have a low conversion rate.  Something like Swords and Monsters (but good and re-play-able :) )..

    I noticed today that Blow was mentioned in the Penny Arcade news post. There was a link to the YouTube video, too bad they didn't link to the xbox.com market place.  Still great to see a quality XNA game like that getting some major press.

    I expect you aren't checking if the guide is already showing.  AFAIK that's what causes most error code 4's. I had  similar problem with one of my app's.. it worked with the v2 launcher but the new one gave me error code 4's.
