  • GTK Radiant & XNA Information/tut

    I did a search on the forums...but came up , for the most part, empty handed. Are there any current tutorials or walkthroughs on making a project that accepts .BSP files made from GTK Radiant? So far I have used XNA for nothing but 2D gamesand would like to break into 3D games using a map format (BSP) that I already know how to create with ease. ...

    Gravelyn's Title Engine tutorials are hands down the best tutorial I have ever gone through for a tile system. But yes this tutorial also explains a camera system and how to scroll through a tile system. You can use a similar method to scroll through your background (as the above poster said)

    My favorite game so far that I reviewed is sumo. Easy game play, great graphics, rewarding when you win.   What is your favorite?

    the text seems a bit small on my tv, and there was no walk through on how to play. that through me off at first but great game, had lots of fun once i got the idea. I really like the graphic style.

    I was very new to C# and OOP a few months ago... Picked up Murach's c# read the first few chapters then dived into XNA... Me and my friend are almost done our 2D game poxman...maybe a month or so more of work. The resources here were very helpfully and the community (most of them :P ) are willing to help out     I still ...

    That is correct ...and I was just looking for any feedback on things you felt were worth it (ofcourse the demo as stated above) my resume is sub par though so I doubt it would be a selling point

    Downloaded 5 games, reviewed 4 games so far and loving it. It makes me feel like I am a game tester working for the community.   The only problem I have is it keeps me from making my own game   My favorite game so far has got to be sumosimple yet fun and graphically pleasing.   This is an exciting time to be a CC ...
