How long did it take you guys to learn C#. I really want to learn I just don't know how to get started learning... It's really frustrating for me because I really want to learn C# so I can understand what is going on in the code.

I have dabbled in and out of C# following tutorials since I was 13, I am now almost 16. But when I follow the tutorials, I am just typing whats on the screen and I am comprehending little to nothing. How should I start learning?? Thank You!!!
