A slot is only permenantly used once a game is approved and placed on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Once a slot is permanently used, you will always see it in your project list. So if you can delete a project, the slot will be available for reuse.

For clarification: We have the limitation of 8 projects per premium account. There isn't a rule that says you can't pay for a second (or third...) account to have more projects.

There are no exceptions to the 90 day price change rule.

Just to confirm:
The 800 point option for new games or updates for existing games is no longer available.
All 200 point games are now set to 80 points. The changes are currently pushing out to the Xbox LIVE marketplace.

Just to confirm, yes if you see two lines for 0 on the same day, one of them is the tokens used on that day. Hopefully one day in the future we'll fix that for folks.
