    A thread for posting teasers on your game.

    Lo all.

    Just thought I would see if anyone else was willing to post teasers on their game.

    I am doing a squad based combat style thing, and it is coming along ok, got basic A* running nicely, and am just starting on the rest of the AI code.

    I hope to release a demo in the week before the deadline.

    pps.. Obviously people probably want to keep their special tricks up their sleeves at the moment.

    I'm thinking about a game where the user tweaks the AI to accomplish a goal.

    Specifically, a predator/prey type game, with the AI controlling the flocking behavior/agressiveness.

    In each round, you set the parameters that control the behaviour of the hunters or the prey, and let them go at it.

    Do well, and have a lot of survivors at the end, and you get extra points to spend on tweaking your species the next time around.

    After 10 rounds of playing, all the creatures so far are let loose in an area at once.

    No tricks up my sleeve. Though my game may not be done for the entry date as its scope may be too big. Here is a screenshot of some testing I have been doing. More at my site.
